Making changes to Home or Garden?

Our covenants require approval in advance for any substantial changes in your garden (such as change of layout, adding trees, replacing grass, setting up basketball hoops, trampolines, etc.) or changes to your house (such as adding lights or a dish, changing color, or adding or changing a deck, etc.).
